Egham Hill

Mar 01, 2022
In January 2022 two of our long serving clients entrusted us to carry out the roof replacement of their main pitched roof on their new home in Egham Hill.

Customer meeting

We conducted an extensive meeting to explore options, ascertain their exact project requirements, and ensure clear communication on achievable goals.

Roof inspection

The roof, which had not been replaced since its construction, showed signs of deterioration with most of the old clay tiles decaying. It lacked a felt membrane underneath the tiles and any form of insulation.

Work completed

By the conclusion of the third week, the entire roof had been stripped, insulated, and replaced with a new roof. The customer opted for the Marley medium mixed brindle plain tile, bonnet hips, and new lead valleys, expressing great satisfaction with the project's successful completion.
